However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a customer may wish to request a refund. Exchange:
We offer free exchange if you have opted for Cart assurance. If not, we charge a delivery fee of $25 for an exchange. This includes pickup for the existing item and dispatch of the new item. In case you have a connection to a delivery courier, you can exchange it free of cost using your delivery service.

We offer refunds for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt, or if you receive the wrong item.
